Some reasons:
1. He has partnership/contacts with Rainbow and asked for them
2. He simply ripped them himself
3. He finds them on PNGs webs
(Thats how I get mine!)
I have some of those PNGs but not as good quality

I have Stella, Flora, Aisha and Tecna in that quality (or near almost near that quality ). I agree, the transparent wings are awesome *-*

Please do not use Tecna, It was from me, we have a Group on Facebook, Our Policy is not to share the PNGs. I don't want people stealing it.
